Regenerative Procedures

When periodontal disease develops, the bone and gum tissue which should fit closely around your teeth are destroyed by bacteria. Pockets begin to form between the gums and the teeth which allow bacteria to move deeper into the gum, further destroying the tissues which are meant to support the teeth.

If the tissue and bone supporting your teeth has been destroyed, our doctors may recommend a regenerative procedure to help reverse some of the damage.
